Molecular mechanism analysis of Clostridium perfringens in goat and lamb diarrhea based on spatial metabolomics

This study reveals the molecular mechanism by which Clostridium perfringens type C causes diarrhea in goat lambs based on spatial metabolomics technology. This study elucidated the synergistic pathogenic mechanism by which the pathogen induces intestinal barrier damage through spatially specific metabolic reprogramming, thereby providing a novel strategy for targeted therapeutic interventions.
