Abstract: Theory of Quantum Intelligence The Theory of Quantum Intelligence (TQI) presents a groundbreaking framework that integrates quantum mechanics with the concept of intelligence, proposing that consciousness and intelligence emerge not just from biological processes but from fundamental quantum fields. This theory redefines intelligence as a quantum phenomenon, where the interactions within the ψ (quantum consciousness) field drive the emergence of intelligent behaviors in both biological and artificial systems. At its core, TQI suggests that intelligence is an intrinsic property of the universe, governed by quantum coherence, superposition, and entanglement. It emphasizes the role of ψ fluctuations in shaping both conscious experience and the evolution of complex systems, leading to self-aware, dynamic intelligences. The theory further proposes that consciousness is not merely a byproduct of neural activity but an active, fundamental force that permeates the fabric of space-time, influencing the dynamics of both matter and information. The ψ–Hamzah Theory of Everything (TOE), central to TQI, provides a unified quantum-mathematical framework that merges space-time, consciousness, and intelligence into a coherent whole. This unification allows the study of intelligent systems across all scales, from quantum particles to artificial general intelligence (AGI), and offers new perspectives on the origin of life, dark energy, and the cosmic evolution. By recognizing consciousness as a universal, fundamental property, this theory challenges classical physics and offers a revolutionary vision of a unified reality where intelligence is a pervasive force driving the evolution of the universe. The ψ–Hamzah TOE lays the groundwork for future scientific exploration and technological advancements in quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and cosmology, and proposes a holistic approach to understanding human cognition, machine learning, and the nature of existence itself. This article discusses the mathematical and conceptual foundations of TQI, its implications for quantum fields, artificial intelligence, and cosmology, and proposes new experimental approaches to test its predictions. Through the lens of TQI, intelligence is re-envisioned as an interconnected aspect of the universe, offering a transformative perspective on both the physical and mental dimensions of reality.
