SPORTS LITERATURE-ORIENTED COMPOSITE TRAINING PARADIGM: AN INTERDISCIPLINARY ASSESSMENT OF NEUROMUSCULAR ADAPTATION AND MOTOR COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT IN ADOLESCENT MARTIAL ARTS PRACTITIONERS
This study is guided by physical literacy and explores the impact of a composite training paradigm on the neuromuscular adaptation and cognitive development of adolescent martial arts practitioners. A comprehensive training program for adolescent martial arts practitioners was designed using interdisciplinary assessment methods, combined with theories from sports science, neuroscience, and cognitive psychology. The study used experimental and control group designs, combined with neuroelectrophysiological techniques, motor performance testing, and cognitive psychology assessment tools, to analyze the dynamic changes in neuromuscular adaptability and motor cognitive development. The results showed that the composite training paradigm significantly improved the neuromuscular coordination, motor performance, and cognitive flexibility of adolescents, providing a scientific basis for improving physical literacy. This study provides theoretical and practical references for the optimization and interdisciplinary research of adolescent martial arts training.
