THE HISTORY OF COMPLIANCE-CONTROL IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION

In this thesis, the development of compliance control in the fight against corruption and its importance in Uzbekistan are considered in general. The historical roots of the concept of compliance control, international laws and legal reforms implemented by Uzbekistan to fight against corruption are studied. The thesis also analyzes the main factors and technologies necessary to increase the effectiveness of compliance control in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The goal is to improve effective mechanisms for fighting corruption and develop the system in accordance with international standards.
