Abstract: This article presents the theoretical and computational framework for modeling Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) within the context of the ψ–Hamzah model, a dynamic, quantum-informed theory of consciousness. The work integrates nonlinear time, memory delays, semantic density, and the emergent properties of meaning to offer a comprehensive explanation of NDE phenomena. Key objectives of the study include: (1) the redefinition of time within the ψ–Hamzah framework, using a non-linear, memory-dependent model, (2) the simulation of conscious time and its relationship to the collapse of biological systems at the time of death, (3) an exploration of memory as a non-local entity in the process of consciousness, and (4) the mathematical formulation of Telos (the concept of purposeful, conscious existence). The article also discusses the emergent properties of meaning during NDEs, with a particular focus on the phenomenon of experiencing a "life review" or "seeing one's life in an instant." The emergent function and semantic memory network models presented here offer new insights into the psychological and quantum underpinnings of these profound experiences. Numerical simulations are presented to show the dynamism of the ψ–Hamzah model, including the interaction between memory, awareness, and phase functions, providing a dynamic map of consciousness during an NDE. Results demonstrate the capacity of the ψ–Hamzah model to simulate the emergence of consciousness and meaning in a non-local, emergent, and memory-informed manner, supporting the hypothesis that consciousness can transcend biological structures. This work concludes with the assertion that the ψ–Hamzah model offers a robust and mathematically rigorous approach to studying NDEs, and proposes future avenues for interdisciplinary research in quantum neurology, experimental psychology, and cognitive science. The model not only serves as a theoretical basis for understanding near-death experiences but also as a foundation for exploring human consciousness beyond traditional biological confines.
