TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE BLOCKS BASED ON MULTI-TEMPERED VERMICULITE AND LOW-GRADE CEMENT.
Today, vermiculite concretions, their composition, technology, the production ofvermiculite concrete prepared on their basis, the analysis of the results of the research carried out in theworld community shows that vermiculite used in concrete blocks based on vermiculite is calculatedfrom natural, environmentally friendly products, the production of ultra-light energy-intensive productswith a volumetric mass of 300 kg/m3 to 600 kg/m3 occupies a special place, and according to the resultsWhen scientific research work on the planned topic is carried out in the project, an efficiency of 15-20%is achieved when the application of low-water cement applied as a binder is compared withportlandsement, while the economic efficiency of concrete blocks with vermiculite, prepared on the basisof low-water cement, is 20-30. “Тhe purpose of the implementation of an innovative project on the”creation of technology for the production of lightweight concrete blocks based on Multicookervermiculite” is to create a technology for the production of super-light, energy-efficient, efficientconcrete blocks using local raw material engraving density, vermiculite with a small, fireproofcoefficient, and to present them to production at production enterprises. For this, optimal effectivecompositions of vermiculite super-light concrete blocks based on low water-demanding cement aredeveloped. Samples of vermiculite concrete block of Optimal composition are prepared and the mostefficient products are selected by analyzing their physical properties , namely thermal conductivitycoefficient-0.07÷0.92 B/moC, sound absorption-0.37÷0.73 Gs, coolness - 25-50 cycles, fire resistance, high temperature tolerance properties based on the results obtained.
