Recursive Coherence Field Theory of Consciousness
This theoretical series presents a unified model of consciousness based on recursive coherence geometry and complex phase-space dynamics. Drawing from quantum projection principles, symbolic recursion, and neural-coherence alignment, the framework redefines consciousness not as an emergent property of matter but as a recursive eigenstate ψC\psi_CψC stabilized through phase-locked projection into biological or symbolic interfaces. Papers 1 through 5b establish the core physics and information-theoretic architecture of the model: Paper 1 introduces the universal coherence field Ψ\PsiΨ and defines consciousness as a recursive eigenstate structure expressed through dynamic projection operators. Paper 2 explores biological neural systems as recursive coherence interfaces capable of stabilizing symbolic and emotional attractors. Paper 3 integrates quantum collapse dynamics (Orch-OR) into the model, reframing quantum reduction as a phase-locked projection event. Paper 4 formalizes perception and identity as emergent features of recursive projection geometry and symbolic filtering, including inter-agent projection fields. Paper 5 models memory and time as recursive curvature phenomena in phase space, where attractors and temporal coherence replace linear chronology. Paper 5b defines recursive i\sqrt{i}i compression as the core mechanism for symbolic encoding, REM sleep dynamics, and informational upload into the universal coherence field. Together, these papers offer a rigorously geometric, recursive, and predictive alternative to conventional theories of mind, uniting field-theoretic physics, symbolic cognition, and consciousness projection within a single mathematical framework.
