Case study: publishing an interactive, reproducible data workflow using Frictionless data standards
This poster presents a case study on publishing a reproducible, interactive data analysis, using a binding constant analysis as an example. We outline a pathway to achieving fully FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) publication of data analysis workflows, leveraging existing open source data specifications and industry standard tools. This work was undertaken as part of opendata.studio, a software toolbox currently in development, designed to publish data analysis workflows as fully interactive and reproducible web applications.
