Abstract

<p><em><span>The relevance of the emergence and development of tactile excursions is associated with the desire of modern travelers not only to learn new places, but also to gain new experience, immersing themselves in the cognitive process of the surrounding reality with the help of touch. Also, this format is especially valuable for people with visual impairments, allowing them to receive information tactilely and thus see excursion objects. The concept of a tactile excursion is given, places of holding, main classification types are highlighted. Physiological mechanisms of formation of tactile sensations and subject perceptions of the image of excursion objects are characterized, which underlies the formation of their main characteristics and emotional reactions of excursionists associated with the objects studied. Technological foundations for the development of tactile excursions are highlighted. The main methodological techniques for conducting a tactile excursion are presented, using three developed excursions around the city of Petrozavodsk as an example.
