VEQF Framework - Black Hole Formation Scenarios

This paper explores black hole formation scenarios in VEQF Framework, linking supernova remnants to toroidal eddies, with JWST dust shell data supporting burst-like shedding. Developped with help of Grok, xAI and based on my original VEQF Framework, parts of which were previously published on this website (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.15802725 H-model and DOI 10.5281/zenodo.15852305 A New Foundation for Physics). The paper has Python script included for a brief computational verification.
