Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within globalbioticinteractions/tmh-across-systems hash://md5/34a388b565db9cac11a11093634ced3a

Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named globalbioticinteractions/tmh-across-systems, has fingerprint hash://md5/34a388b565db9cac11a11093634ced3a, is 2.98MiB in size and contains 7,376 interaction with 2 unique types of associations (e.g., hasEndoparasite) between 1,366 primary taxon (e.g., Micropterus salmoides) and 317 associated taxa (e.g., Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
