Data and code for: Postglacial echoes: Parasite genomics uncover environmental changes in postglacial European lakes
This repository contains genomic and population genetics data related to the study titled “Postglacial echoes: Parasite genomics uncover environmental changes in postglacial European lakes.” The study explores the population genetics and demographic history of Phyllodistomum umblae and Proteocephalus fallax, two parasitic flatworms infecting European whitefish (Coregonus spp.), in postglacial lakes of Switzerland and Norway. The dataset supports analyses on genetic structure, haplotype diversity, and demographic inference.
