Its specialized courses are structured hierarchically, with a variety of choices, and emphasize the diversified development of students in professional fields. (2) K University offers more core professional courses than Z University and organizes them into subcategories. (3) regarding professional courses, Z University focuses exclusively on the six core areas of human resource management, emphasizing talent development centered on technical skills. In contrast, K University expands its curriculum to include international perspectives, cross-cultural issues, and management of organizational employee relations. (4) in practical course planning, Z University places a stronger emphasis on practical experience than K University. However, it needs to realign its curriculum to better meet the talent needs of industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
