Speed of Sight: Perceptual Rendering, Latency, and Frame Coherence under Rendered Frame Theory (RFT)
This foundational paper investigates the concept of perceptual latency and the internal rendering delay of visual information, proposing that “sight” has a definable speed not as a function of external photons, but as a result of the observer’s internal rendering system.\n\n Through Rendered Frame Theory (RFT), the paper introduces the Perceptual Render Latency Equation and models visual awareness as a function of observer-frame rate, memory harmonics, and conscious coherence. It proposes that observed light-speed phenomena are downstream effects of simulation-level frame regulation.\n\n This marks the pivotal RFT transition from external cosmology to internal cognition and consciousness structure. All mathematical derivations, logical consequences, and predictions are detailed herein.
