Oceanic Interference as a Macro-Phase Anchor for Quantum-Bio-Cognition: Bridging Hydrodynamic Waves, Radical-Pair Interferometry, and Autonomic Coherence
Ocean swells (0.05–0.30 Hz) are among the most phase‑stable environmental rhythms and overlap human cardio‑respiratory bands. We propose an integrative loop: (i) a hydrodynamic two‑slit demonstrator whose interference phase is mapped in real‑time to light; (ii) a radical‑pair interferometer (Cry4–FAD, Bi:YIG Faraday readout) phase‑locked to ; and (iii) a tri‑modal autonomic protocol (audio surf + photic micro‑cues + aVNS) to entrain cortical/autonomic oscillators. We replace the non‑physical equality with Landauer‑consistent bounds, mark sensitivities at µT–nT (not fT), add Evidence/Hypothesis tags, and specify power‑analyzed endpoints (HRV, cortisol, ROS) with a staged roadmap P0→P3. The framework preserves the original vision while making claims testable and safe.
