ANALYSIS AND PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORT MEASURES FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESSES IN KAZAKHSTAN

The article examines current measures to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Kazakhstan, including financial and non-financial assistance. An analysis of existing support programs, such as preferential lending, subsidies, and educational initiatives, is conducted, and the main problems faced by entrepreneurs are identified. The article offers recommendations for improving the SME support system, including strengthening public-private partnerships, digitalization of services, and improving educational programs for entrepreneurs. The results obtained can be used to further improve support measures and increase the competitiveness of SMEs in Kazakhstan.
