Emergent higher-order interactions enable coexistence in phage-bacteria community dynamics

In this repository, all the ODE models, the Bayesian scripts, and figure figure-generating scripts can be found. The Bayesian analysis is performed using the DRAM-MCMC algorithm using the open-sourced mcmcstat package. The raw population dynamics data from pairwise experiments and community dynamics, and the analysed results, are packaged here. This repository accompanies the publication.
