Holistic Management of Complicated Anterior Maxillary Crown Fracture- A Clinical Case Report
Abstract This article aims to report a successful treatment of a complicated crown fracture in a 14 year old boy. An Ellis Class VIII fracture involves the complete loss of the crown and it’s subsequent replacement. To reduce the psychological trauma associated with extraction, a fibre post and core buildup were performed, followed by the placement of a Porcelain fused to metal crown after endodontic treatment of the tooth diagnosed with a crown en masse fracture.
