Remarks. This species was initially documented in Nam Cat Tien National Park, 11°26'48.2"N, 107°26'26.2"E, 137 m a. s. l., inhabiting deciduous tropical forests dominated by Dipterocarpus species along the riverside of Dongnai River in Dongnai Province, Vietnam. Apparently, this species is endemic to Vietnam (Golovatch and Semenyuk 2010).
