INTERRELATION OF INFORMATION SECURITY INDICATORS AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IN DATA TRANSMISSION NETWORKS
with the intensive development of telecommunication infrastructure and integration into international networks, information security in data transmission networks is becoming increasingly relevant. However, at present, methods for quantitative assessment of information security in data transmission networks are lacking, even though such methods exist for most other quality of service indicators (accuracy, speed, and reliability). The integrity indicator, unlike traditional accuracy, takes into account the influence of both random and intentional security threats. This paper presents a simulation model for assessing security during random and intentional integrity violations and calculating the weight spectrum of cyclic redundancy codes.
