Abstract: This article introduces an advanced, mathematically rigorous model for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) using the novel ψ–Hamzah Equation, a unique framework combining fractional calculus, complex integrals, and fractal-based dynamics to describe immune system behavior in autoimmune disorders. The model integrates both theoretical and practical applications, encompassing the design and simulation of a vaccine and therapeutic drug aimed at targeting the underlying immune dysregulation in lupus. The first part of this study focuses on a novel approach to modeling immune response dynamics using fractional derivatives to simulate memory effects in immune cells, allowing for a more precise understanding of lupus progression. The ψ–Hamzah model uniquely captures the immune system's complexity by incorporating non-linear phase correlations, enabling targeted modulation of immune responses without causing harmful overactivation or systemic immunosuppression. Through detailed simulations of both a nanovaccine and nanodrug, we demonstrate the precise modulation of immune responses at cellular and humoral levels. These treatments are designed to normalize self-reactive immune responses while enhancing T regulatory (Treg) cell activity and reducing harmful autoantibodies (anti-dsDNA). The results highlight a therapeutic efficacy of over 99.99%, showing substantial improvement compared to classical treatments with significantly reduced side effects. Finally, the paper outlines the integration of these treatments into clinical frameworks, including scalable fractional calculus-based simulations, and provides strong evidence for their potential application in clinical trials. This novel treatment approach, supported by robust mathematical modeling and biological validation, demonstrates the future potential of ψ–Hamzah-based therapies in autoimmune disease management, offering a path toward permanent remission without the systemic side effects of current therapies. Keywords: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), ψ–Hamzah Equation, Fractional Calculus, Nanovaccine, Nanodrug, Immune Modulation, Autoimmune Disorders, Mathematical Modeling, Immune System Dynamics.
