History of Antimalarial Resistance and Role of Andrographolide: A Systematic Review

<p><em><span>Antimalarial resistance began serious problem in global malaria eliminating progam. Molecular mechanism of resistance become emerged to investigated continuously. This systematic review aimed to analyse molecular mechanism of antimalarial resistance. Consistence with prisma method, population was human, intervention antimalaria, control untreated person, outcome failure treatment and resistance gen detection. Result show 2271 article was match with specific keyword antimalaria and resistance from big data base such as Google Scholar, Science direct, Pubmed and Cochrane library. Molecular mechanisms are crucial for developing new strategies to combat resistance. Continued research into the genetic basis of resistance and the development of novel antimalarial agents<span>  </span>such as andrographolide and combination therapies with standar antimalaria agent are essential for managing and overcoming drug resistance in malaria.</span></em></p>
