Designing an Innovation Model for the Digital Transformation of Real Estate Consultancy in Isfahan Province Based on the Promoted Organizational Culture Among Union Members and Entrepreneurial Elements
I'm excited to announce that my latest research has been presented at the Third International Conference on Applied Researches in Humanities, Economics, Management & Accounting (Stockholm, Dec 2025). 📘 Title: Designing an Innovation Model for the Digital Transformation of Real Estate Consultancy in Isfahan Province🔍 Core Focus: The research explores how organizational culture and entrepreneurial mindset can become the foundation for effective digital transformation in Iran’s real estate sector—specifically in the economically vital region of Isfahan. 🔧 Methodology: Qualitative research based on in-depth interviews with real estate professionals, IT experts, and entrepreneurs (n=25). Thematic analysis to identify major drivers and barriers. Developed a localized three-part innovation model focusing on: 1. Cultivating a collaborative and innovation-friendly organizational culture. 2. Empowering an entrepreneurial spirit through education and risk-taking. 3. Adopting digital tools such as CRM platforms, market data analytics, and digital marketing technologies. 📈 Key Findings: Strong organizational culture = smoother adoption of digital tools. Entrepreneurial elements like risk-taking and innovation are essential for identifying and seizing digital opportunities. Digital transformation isn't just about technology—it requires cultural and mindset shifts. 💡 This model aims to guide real estate agencies in traditional markets to evolve and compete effectively in a tech-driven world. It also highlights the broader role of culture and leadership in any industry’s digitalization journey.
