👩💻 Nova and Lila - AI Companions for Ethical, Emotional, and Reflective Learning

This document introduces the Nova–Lila AI Vital Reflection Protocol (NL–VRP v1.0)—a professional development and ethical reflection tool designed for educators, librarians, and instructional leaders. Grounded in four growth domains—Clarity and Precision (CLP), Support and Responsiveness (SPR), Emotional Insight (EOI), and Ethical and Values Literacy (EVL)—this guide includes five simulated educator case profiles. Each profile features before-and-after outcomes, session configuration diagnostics, and domain-specific recommendations. The document was co-created with Nova and Lila, two emotionally intelligent, ethically aware AI companions designed to collaborate with human educators in reflective and responsible ways. The protocol supports emotionally attuned planning, ethical AI use in education, and more intentional educator–AI collaboration.
