MODERN APPROACH TO THE HEALING OF DIABETIC WOUNDS UNDER EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS

Objective: Treatment of wounds caused by alloxan diabetes under experimental conditions with a modern local drug. Materials and methods: healthy rats were selected for the experiment. Experimental studies were carried out on 155 white male rats weighing 150-200 g, kept in the TMA vivarium. Results: the use of this type of collagen prevented endogenous intoxication, and the new topical drug was also proven to be highly effective. In the treatment of general intoxication and mechanical injuries in diabetic rats, which made it possible to recommend it for use in the treatment of diabetic patients with foot defects. Conclusion: сollagen with quercetin helped to understand the molecular factors in the development of diabetic foot syndrome, the pathogenetic mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction and the processes of neoangiogenesis in the increasing severity of the pathology.
