INNOVATIVE METHODS OF DESIGNING MODERN MEDICAL DEVICES

Improving the design process of devices used in modern medicine is one of the pressing issues. This study studied innovative methods and digital technologies for designing medical devices. Design methods used in leading medical device manufacturers in Uzbekistan were analyzed. The use of 3D modeling, digital prototyping and artificial intelligence technologies made it possible to accelerate the design process by 40%, reduce production costs by 35% and increase product quality by 25%. The implementation of the created innovative methods in practice made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of medical device production.
