Community based exo-disciplinary research for Grand Challenges. A collaborative autoethnographic account
The purpose of this paper is to explore the potential for organising research beyond the traditional concepts of academic disciplines. Such an approach allows for the inclusion of a broader spectrum of perspectives to co-construct solutions in addressing grand challenges. To illustrate the above, this paper draws on collaborative autoethnographically (CAE) findings (Lapadat, 2017) from a European Union (E.U.) funded project focusing on Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) technologies in three E.U. countries.
