This study compares and contrasts the issuancepatterns of SLBs and green bonds, and It looks at how international frameworks that promoteaccountability and transparency include the Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles (SLBP) and theGreen Bond Principles (GBP). Article illustrates how SLBs provide more adaptable and performancebasedfinancing methods in addition to green bonds through empirical analysis utilizing time-seriesdata and case studies. The results indicate that these tools are crucial for raising funds for sustainabledevelopment, but there are still issues with standardization, impact assessment, and avoiding greenwashing.
