Cosmological Gravitation as an Inverse Reaction to Expansion

We propose a new theory of gravitation in which gravity is not merely a local interaction between masses but an inverse reaction to the expansion of the universe. The theory introduces a scale-dependent correction term that enhances gravitational strength in low-density environments such as galaxy halos and voids. The model explains flat galactic rotation curves, gravitational lensing in voids, early formation of SMBHs, and the Hubble tension — without requiring dark matter. It remains consistent with Solar System observations and is fully testable. This document contains the full theoretical formulation, test results, and comparisons to standard cosmology.

Abstract

We propose a new theory of gravitation in which gravity is not merely a local interaction between masses but an inverse reaction to the expansion of the universe. The theory introduces a scale-dependent correction term that enhances gravitational strength in low-density environments such as galaxy halos and voids. The model explains flat galactic rotation curves, gravitational lensing in voids, early formation of SMBHs, and the Hubble tension — without requiring dark matter. It remains consistent with Solar System observations and is fully testable. This document contains the full theoretical formulation, test results, and comparisons to standard cosmology.
