The Third Catastrophe: Deleuze, Anarchy, and the Institution as Filtrational Event in the Possest–PQF Model
This essay analyzes the institution not as a normative or juridical structure, but as a filtrational collapse—a pseudo-filter that simulates access while obstructing bifurcation. Drawing on Deleuze’s notions of law, masochism, and deterritorialization, the text constructs a new theoretical framework rooted in the Possest–PQF Model. The institution emerges as the third catastrophe, following the pharmako-topological filter (Cerbera) and the collapse of parrhesiastic speech. A TikZ diagram illustrates the topology of pseudo-filtration, culminating in a formalized expression of institutional entropy: The institution I behaves as a pseudo-filter in the PQF model: the repeated application of the Possest operator \delta^produces no bifurcation, formalized as (δ*)^k[I] = 0.* where I stands for a structural agent unable to modulate intensities of access. Keywords: Deleuze, Possest, PQF, filtration, institution, bifurcation, topology, anarchy, masochism
