This is the Zenodo for the publication Phage diversity mirrors bacterial strain diversity in the honey bee gut microbiota. The files found in this repository are the following: chapter1-4.Rmd: Rmarkdown files containing downstream analyises and code to recreate plots of the manuscript. useful_func.R: R script containing some functions used in the other scripts. data.zip: Directory containing all the necessary data run the R scripts (This files are generated following the github pipeline in repo liked to this zenodo). Figures.zip: Directory containing all the figures (raw and modified for publication). MAGs.zip: directory containing all the bacterial MAGs.
