Chronon Phase Transition Cosmology: A Unified Framework for Emergent Spacetime, Dark Matter, and Dark Energy

This paper introduces Chronon Phase Transition Cosmology (CPTC), a novel framework in which time is treated as a physical, dynamical field—the Chronon field—that undergoes a spontaneous phase transition. Recasting the Big Bang as a symmetry-breaking event in temporal order, CPTC offers a unified, topologically grounded explanation for cosmic expansion, structure formation, dark matter, and dark energy. Unlike ΛCDM, it requires no inflationary scalar field, no exotic matter, and no cosmological constant. Spanning over 80 pages, the paper develops Chronon Field Theory (CFT) from first principles, detailing its geometric, causal, and topological structure. It presents a semi-analytic derivation of galactic-scale tension profiles that reproduce flat rotation curves without dark matter particles, supported by numerical simulations and ray-traced lensing tests. The framework also predicts CMB-scale coherence from Chronon-induced causal horizons. This work offers both a foundational rethinking of time and a falsifiable alternative to standard cosmology. It is intended for researchers in theoretical physics, cosmology, and the philosophy of time seeking predictive, geometry-based approaches to unification.
