Diachronic and Synchronic Development Trends in the English and Uzbek Languages: A Comparative Linguistic Study
Abstract: This study explores the diachronic (historical) and synchronic (current) development patterns of the English and Uzbek languages. By examining key phonetic, morphological, syntactic, and lexical changes, it identifies both unique and shared aspects of their evolution. Utilizing comparative linguistic analysis, the paper aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of language change mechanisms and their practical significance in language teaching, translation, and policy-making.
