THE IMPACT OF REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ON THE OVERALL HEALTH OF SCHOOLCHILDREN
The given article examines the impact of regular physical activity on the overall health of school-aged children. A comparative analysis was conducted involving 827 schoolchildren, some of whom regularly participated in physical education and sports, while others led predominantly sedentary lifestyles. Data from in-depth medical examinations conducted between 2018 and 2021 were utilized. The results show that regular sports activities contribute to improved health, increased immune resilience, and a higher proportion of practically healthy children. The findings underscore the importance of integrating physical activity into the daily lives of schoolchildren.
