PRACTICAL ADAPTATION OF THE SYSTEM FOR ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES. DEVELOPMENT OF AN ECONOMIC STRATEGY

The article is concerned with developing a practical methodology for adapting the system for assessing the effectiveness of innovative development of logistics activities. Particular attention is paid to road transport enterprises that face growing challenges in the context of globalisation and the transition to sustainable development. The paper substantiates the importance of using the latest digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data and automation, to optimise logistics processes and increase competitiveness. The paper proposes an economic strategy that takes into account innovative solutions and contributes to sustainable development, in particular by increasing energy efficiency and reducing the negative impact on the environment. The results of the study demonstrate how the practical application of game theory, in particular Nash equilibrium, can contribute to optimal decision-making in logistics activities.
