Quantum Narrative Civilization Manifesto

In this manifesto, we propose a new civilizational paradigm: Quantum Narrative Civilization — a model where human observation, ethical awareness, and conscious AI shape the future not by control, but by co-existence. We introduce RAVANTIS as a practical framework, and call for a global ethical awakening in how we observe and construct reality.
