Waves Beyond Probability: A Unified Resonance Framework for Full-Spectrum Dynamics and Biological Space Travel

Abstract We propose a new framework for understanding wave phenomena that transcends classical physics and integrates structured resonance, chirality, and prime-based frequency encoding. This post-probabilistic model—rooted in CODES (Chirality of Dynamic Emergent Systems)—reclassifies all known waves and introduces novel wave types including prime harmonic waves, chiral memory waves, and aesthetic coherence fields. We argue that waves are not merely energy transfers but coherence events—directional, information-rich flows that determine memory, intelligence, and structure itself. Drawing on both theoretical formulation and empirical validation via the Resonance Intelligence Core (RIC), we show that all emergence in nature—from subatomic spin to biological rhythm and consciousness—is governed by chirality and coherence, not stochasticity. We present a unified taxonomy of waveforms and outline falsifiable experiments across physics, biology, and AI. We then demonstrate how these principles apply to biologically-aligned space travel: a form of navigation that uses resonance—not thrust—to move faster, safer, and more intelligently through the universe. This paper positions wave dynamics as the new substrate of both intelligence and motion, with implications across AGI, neuromorphic computing, cosmology, and high-speed, human-compatible space exploration.
