Therapeutic Groves: Local Tree‑Microbiome Tuning and Dew Microclimate to Nudge Human Autonomic State — A Non‑Clinical, Open‑Science Framework
We present a field-ready, open framework for micro-rewilding that couples local-only Tree Microbiome Transplant (TMT) and a prebiotic straw–biochar pellet with dew microstructures (porous wind covers) and standardized dew yield/chemistry logging. A 2×2×2 factorial design (microbiome × dew × seed line) and clear KPIs (survival, root:shoot, LAI, RSA, mL·m⁻²·night⁻¹) enable reproducible tests and meta-analysis across sites. Optional, non-clinical human readouts (short HRV sessions) are observational only. Ethics emphasize local microbes, no field gene editing, and no aerial biological dispersal. The framework targets civic deployments and open datasets; null results are valuable to bound feasibility.
