Additionally, the paper focuses on team leadership and addresses how leaders can use this framework to enhance team dynamics and leadership. The research uses a critical analysis of existing research, theoretical frameworks, and practical examples to meet the objectives of this study. This research can help to improve employee motivation and team dynamics by applying Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in management. It provides practical guidance for leaders to tailor their approach to individual needs, enhancing leadership and team effectiveness.
