Cross Sectional analytical design was used and the study was carried in faraweyne much in hargeisa soma- Leland country. A sample size of the 52 children Bering age children was target with the first respondent Were measured to determine the nutrition status. Data were collected using researcher administered to Questionnaire and focus group discussion guide. Data were entered and analyzes using SPSS and Summarized using descriptive statistics such as frequency, means and percentage. Significant different were found in faraweyne health center. Based on MUAC cut off 26% percent were malnutrition ( MUAC< 8 ) while 15 percent of the respondent Were normal (MUAC 12.5 <cm ) was positively correlated with the socio-economic status.
