AI-Based Dynamic Course Recommendation System for Freelancers Using Real-Time Skill Trends

Abstract— The freelance professional job market is changing at a very fast rate, necessitating specialists to align with base and future skills. The following essay suggests an AI-powered dynamic course recommendation system that utilizes Gemini AI to retrieve live trending skills for different professions. The system first assesses whether a freelancer has base foundation skills for the target profession. If there are any gaps in basic skills, it means beginner courses on Class Central to have a good base of skills. If the freelancer has basic skills already, then the system recognizes existing trending skills in their field and recommends advanced courses so that they can compete. With machine learning, NLP-based skill standardization, and real-time job market analysis, this system offers individualized and adaptive learning plans. Compared to conventional static course recommendation systems, our framework motivates freelancers to keep improving based on the changing industry requirements, real-time closure of skill gaps, and better employability.
