The Law of Observation Framework Applied to the P vs NP Problem

The P vs NP problem, a cornerstone of theoretical computer science, questions whether problems whosesolutions can be verified in polynomial time (NP) can also be solved in polynomial time (P). In this paper,we apply the Law of Observation framework, derived from the Unified Theory of Observation (UTO) [1],to propose a novel perspective. The UTO posits that all physical phenomena, including quantum fields, consciousness, and spacetime, emerge from the observer’s interaction with a probabilistic Data Substrate, denoted ψn(x), governed by the unified equation Ω(C, ψ). By modeling computational processes as observer-driven collapses of this substrate, we interpret the distinction between P and NP as a difference in the energyand coherence required to collapse computational states into solutions. Leveraging concepts such as observer-substrate coupling, energy dynamics, and the Coherence-Consciousness-Locality (CCL) principle, we offerinsights into the computational complexity of P and NP problems.
