La Economia del Tiempo

The Economy of Time: Real Value = Time × Awareness This study introduces an original integrative framework to understand human well-being and decision-making under cognitive and emotional pressure: the Conscious Economy of Time. Through a mixed-methods design —combining advanced statistical techniques (regression, PCA, clustering, Random Forest) with philosophical and neuroscientific foundations— the research empirically validates a central hypothesis: The true value of life is not determined by how much time we have, but by how consciously we live it. Based on a pilot sample of 10 participants, the study presents the theoretical formulaReal Value = Time × Awareness,as the operational core of a new neurobehavioral model of well-being. Two major contributions to the science of consciousness are also revisited and incorporated: Jacobo Grinberg’s Lattice, as an informational field organized by attentional coherence. Jean-Pierre Garnier Malet’s quantum double, as a source of anticipatory insight when the subject reaches a coherent state of consciousness. The findings show that surpassing a critical threshold (6.6) in the perceived value of time is strongly associated with the conscious intention to initiate personal transformation. This research opens a new transdisciplinary paradigm that bridges philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics to develop a conscious-based model of value and decision-making. Keywords:Time economy, temporal awareness, subjective value, mindfulness, well-being, decision-making, consciousness, Jacobo Grinberg, Lattice theory, Garnier Malet, behavioral economics, neurophenomenology.
