FEATURES OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION AND CARDIAC REMODELING IN CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Abstract Currently, cardiovascular diseases are the most common cause of death in adults. Therefore, the search for a new molecular marker that can predict cardiovascular diseases is one of the highest priorities of medicine. VEGF and ET-1 are among the reliable predictors of cardiovascular disease. Our goal is to find out the relationship of VEGF and ET-1 biomarkers with the remodeling of the left ventricle of the heart in patients with coronary artery disease.
