COMPLICATIONS DURING DEVITAL AMPUTATION OF PRIMARY TEETH
In the therapeutic practice of a pediatric dentist, the most common form of complication of caries in primary teeth is pulpitis [8, 9, 11]. The choice of treatment method for pulpitis of primary teeth has been and remains at present a completely unresolved problem [2, 3, 10]. The complexity is determined by several factors: difficulties in establishing psychological contact with the child, in collecting anamnesis and carrying out diagnostic measures (including radiographs), when performing local anesthesia and the impossibility of carrying out long-term (more than 30-40 minutes) medical procedures under local anesthesia, anatomical -physiological characteristics of the pulp, etc. [5-7].
