WAYS OF FORMİNG THE ENVİRONMENT THAT DETERMİNES THE EFFİCİENCY OF THE TRAİNİNG PROCESS

Abstract The article states that different models (forms) of training provide an adequate learning environment, the existence of this environment is the main factor for students and educators to come together with a common goal, and understanding the set goal as an object of satisfying cognitive needs by the student is necessary for the existence of his continuous - active learning activity. In the research work, the ways of forming the environment that determines the efficiency of the training process are argued, and the interpretation of those ways is given from the scientific-pedagogical and psychological aspects. It is noted that when determining the ways of forming the environment that determines the efficiency of the training process, special attention should be paid to the transformation of the goal of the educator into the goal of the learner, to the realization of the dialectic of whole-part relations in the training system.
