A Dynamic Time-Field Model as an Alternative to Dark Matter and Dark Energy
This paper presents a novel theoretical framework that explains the observed flat galactic rotaion curves without invoking dark matter. By introducing a dynamic time field embedded in spacetime geometry, the model modifies the effective clock rate experienced across galactic radii. This leads to apperent rotational velocities consistent with SPARC data. The approach builds upon general relativistic time dilation and extends it through a stabilizing scalar field. Future work includes lensing predictions and CMB comparisons.
