Socio- Economic Development of Shirgaon Tourist Place (Prati Shirdi) in Maval Tahsil in Pune District of Maharashtra, India

Abstract: Tourism as a most important role for the development of rural areas because its help for the development of hotels, road, Stander of living and there amenities also it is supply job opportunities for the living people. This paper focus on attract of people in various places in Maharashtra and other state Maharashtra in Tourist center of Shirgaon and its effect on growth of their amenities and Assessment of socio-economic. The study was carrying out on the basis of primary data including the field survey, secondary data and computer based technique. This paper represents the assessment of social environment like, caste status, educational status, occupational status and interaction between different places in India in Shirgoan Tourist Place with help of District wise Distribution of tourist, Caste wise tourist, Profession of Tourists, Education wise tourist, Income group of tourists.
