This article describes the advantages of the process of digitalization of the economy and effective ways of applying them in the conditions of Uzbekistan. Digital technologies allow to increase economic efficiency, increase tax revenues and open new markets. The author provides recommendations for IT infrastructure development, e-commerce support and digitization of public services.
