MINKE consortium WP2, Workshops 2024 " Metrology of fluorescence measurements and phytoplankton imaging "

This document is MINKE’s Document entitled Workshops: “Metrology of fluorescence measurements” and “Phytoplankton imaging”. It describes the planning, organization, content and outcomes of the workshops of the title. These workshops were organised by Work Package 2 of the project - the Work Package dealing with the promotion of operational integration through the harmonization of procedures - as a capacity-building event aimed at young and early career marine scientists and technologists/technicians to improve their understanding of measurement and metrology with a particular focus on observations of ocean variables. The workshops were organized on 30 September and 3 October 2024, adjacent to 12th FerryBox Workshop event that was held from 1 to 2 October 2024 in Helsinki, Finland.
